**Title: Welder / MIG Welder**

***NEW IN FULL-TIME POSITION** We are currently seeking **Production Welders** in the Ludlow area for our client which manufactures agriculture machinery parts. Long term opportunities and the role offers the possibility of a permanent position following a successful trial period.

**Responsibilities of the Production Welder**:

- Accurate and efficient welding.
- Adhering to welding processes.
- Maintaining equipment and machines.
- Knowledge of how to interpret drawings.
- Maintain a clean workspace.

**Requirements of the Production Welder**:

- Experience in welding essential.
- Comfortable working on their own initiative.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job.

**Hours & Pay**:

- Monday to Friday 06:00am - 14:00pm (rotating)
- Monday to Thursday 14:00pm - 12:00pm (rotating)
- £12.40 per hour
- £72.74 shift allowance
