AP Pavers are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team based in Uttoxeter. The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our MD, managing our maintenance department, with ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the workshop.

**Duties**:

- Maintain maintenance supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule servicing appointments.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Conduct research as required
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Note: This is a full-time position.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
