**Key Purpose of the Role**:
As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in various tasks and projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. You will work closely with the CEO and other marketing professionals in the team to learn and grow in the field of marketing.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Support**

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across

Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of
marketing materials and assets for campaigns.
- **Content Creation and Management**

Update and maintain content on the company's website to keep it fresh and relevant.
- **Social Media Management**

Support the management of the company's social media profiles, including posting content, responding to comments/messages, and analyzing performance metrics.

Keep up-to-date with social media trends and suggest creative ideas for social media campaigns.
- **Market Research**

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.

Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**

Help in tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.

Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- **Event Coordination**

Support the organization and coordination of marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.

Assist in logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
- **Collaborative Efforts**

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Contribute ideas and suggestions to team meetings and brainstorms.
- **Brand Management**

Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all marketing communications and materials.

Assist in maintaining a positive brand image in all marketing activities.

**Personal Specification**:

- Excellent written and communication skills to represent the Company in the best light
- Knowledge of basic tools, particularly MS Office suite, ASANA, and Mailerlite etc.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Values team work and plays a demonstrably positive role in team dynamics, team meetings, etc.
- Great writing skills
- Canva abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Full understanding and acceptance of the supporting nature of this post
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop marketing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to respond to the needs of business

**Administrative Duties**:
