Working as a field sales representative you will become a face of the company and embody the brand of this family owned business. This role requires a highly motivated individual to join the team based in Witham.

**Client Details**

My client are a third generation family led growing organisation and they are a well established major distributor of welding products, power tools and PPE equipment in the UK. With over 40 years industry experience, my client are looking to add a fieldsales representative to a fantastic team.

**Description**

Key responsibilities of the field sales representative:

- Confidently sell a wide range of welding and industrial products
- Maintaining the excellent level of customer service they deliver
- Hitting sales targets
- Build new business within territory (Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich and Suffolk)
- Cold calling and scheduling appointments
- Ultimately this role will require you to build new business and deliver great customer service with confidence as well as servicing and growing existing accounts

**Profile**
- Achieve sales targets
- Successfully build new relationships and work on existing accounts
- Confident manner and all round great communication skills
- Be self motivated
- Effectively manage diary and manage a wide geographical territory
- Quick learner who can learn about the products that the client deals with
