You will be part of the front of house team, you will liase with holiday home owners and guests welcoming holiday makers to the park, by providing them with the ultimate experience and welcome. you are the first impressions the guests will have on arrival so a warm, friendly helpful welcome with great customer service is extremely important. We have a small shop in reception.

**Duties**:

- Greeting guests on their arrival
- Responding to owner requests & guests checking in
- Updating owner records and ensuring data integrity
- Health & Safety requirements
- General admin duties

Qualities
- Friendly and approachable
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and the ability to multi task efficiently, whilst maintaining quality of work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve & find solutions
- Professionalism is paramount access to confidential information and must be approached with discretion
- Hard working individual required with great sense of humour to join our fun, close knit team

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.16-£10.43 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week

Ability to Relocate:
