**Print Finisher**

Bartham Press located in Sundon Park, Luton are looking to employ a Print Finisher who is experienced within a Factory Print Finishing Department and can follow instructions from a Job Sheet and can operate the necessary machines.

**Print Finisher Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up Machines and follow work sheets to determine instructions for job.
- To operate the following factory machines -Folder, Cylinder, Stitching Line, Guillotine and Collator.
- Ensuring work sheets are filled in after each job when completed and that they have a copy sample.
- Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
- Make routine decisions and use problem solving to solve basic issues or seek assistance.
- Communicate status of jobs in process to manager if jobs are not running to schedule.
- Overcome /resolve production /finishing issues, to meet requirements of the job where possible.
- Liaise with Manager to clarify quality issues and jointly decide the best way forward.
- Prepare finished jobs for delivering by wrapping or packing jobs and stacking boxes on pallets.
- Load and unload materials on and off pallets.

**Requirements needed For the Print Finisher Role**:
Essential:

- Heidelberg Stahl Folder - 4pp to 16pp
- Muller Stitching Line
- Polar Guillotine
- NCR Collator - 2pt - 4pt

Non-Essential:

- Heidelberg Cylinder - Creasing and Die Cutting

This role will be full time, no shifts - 40 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday - 8.00am 4.30 pm

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
