Total Training Provision are working in partnership with a client who are looking to attract Retail Assistants for their site in Cheshire Oaks Shopping Centre. This role is attached to one of our outstanding employability courses. On our course you will be undertaking a Customer Service Level 2 course giving you the skills you need to be successful and it will be tailored to the job interview you will receive afterwards As part of the course we will also work with you to upskills your CV, to showcase all of your transferable skills, and ensure you are job ready.

For us to be able to pass you over for interview with our employer, you need to ensure you can attend our Customer Service Level 2 course between the 30th October & 11th November in Birkenhead.

**Eligibility**:

- Unemployed.
- Must be available to undertake the training between the dates 30th October and 11th November (Monday - Friday 10.00am - 4.30 pm).
- Must live within the Liverpool region.
- Must have lived in the UK / EU for the last 3 year.
- Must NOT be on any other funded program.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.

**The Role**:
**Wage: £10.42 per hour.**

You’ll be helping our store teams to have meaningful and memorable conversations with our customers, discussing the features and benefits of our product and recommending the perfect items to suit their needs.

This position is perfect for someone who wants to have a lot of fun, be part of a team and learn new skills. You will also have the opportunity to work with people who share the same values as you do.
