About Us:
Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you will engage in a 360 recruitment process that includes:

- Building and managing diverse talent pipelines.
- Developing new and existing global client relationships through business development.
- Negotiating and executing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Handling contract and payment negotiations.
- Providing regular market intelligence to senior stakeholders.
- Pitching for retained business.
