I am working with a global company who are looking for a Credit Controller for their Hereford branch, the role will provide general assistance in all areas of the Credit Control department.

**Description**
- Manage the collection of debt for an allocated amount of customers
- Manage customer queries, whilst maintaining positive working relationships
- Investigation of old debt
- Work closely with other Credit Control team members and cover workload where required
- Manage the administration of all new accounts
- Produce weekly/monthly sales ledger reports
- Assist in managing the archiving of the Credit Control Department records

**Profile**
- Experience of working in a credit control environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT Proficiency - Outlook, Excel, Word packages
- Numerate, with the ability to work accurately and quickly
- Ability to structure workloads effectively
- Meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Experience of working with direct debit payments is desirable, but not essential

**Job Offer**

£22,000 - £25,000
