At ABC Care and Education, we are a family-owned company dedicated to providing care, education, and therapy to children. Our beautiful home near Carnforth accommodates up to 3 young people aged 6 and above. We believe in creating a loving and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

**The Role**:
We are seeking full-time innovative support workers who are passionate about enriching the lives of looked after children. While previous experience in care, support work, or direct work with children is preferred, we believe that anyone with a true desire to make a difference can succeed in this role. You will work alongside an experienced team who will provide training and support to help you excel in your responsibilities.

As a support worker, you will be involved in providing care to our children in line with the Children's Home Regulations. You will work closely with our team to implement care plans, educational activities, and therapeutic interventions. Organisation, motivation, and being a team player are essential qualities for this role. Your role will also include sleep-in shifts to ensure the wellbeing and safety of the children during nighttime hours.

**Our salary range depends on experience and sleep in shifts.**

Our homes are rural; therefore having access to your own vehicle is advantageous

**Salary**: £22,822.80-£33,181.20 per year
