Based at our offices in Norwich, as an Internal Sales Agent you will be a key member of our Commercial team focused on providing excellent customer service and providing support to the East Anglia region.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You’ll be responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries from customers, offering sales admin support to external sales managers and pricing/chasing/winning orders.

**Do you have?**:

- Sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly

If you have existing experience or knowledge of the concrete industry, great, however for us that’s not the be all and end all
