**Experienced IPV Operative Wanted**

**Role**: IPV Operative

**Location**:Thatcham

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the deployment, setup, and removal of IPV as per traffic management plans.
- Ensure the safety of roadwork sites by positioning the IPV effectively.
- Monitor and report any issues related to road conditions and traffic flow.
- Follow safety regulations, procedures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the IPV Foreman and other team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IPV Operative in the traffic management industry.
- Valid Lantra12AB.
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility to work variable hours based on project requirements.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £120.00-£140.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thatcham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
