Senior Planner
A main contractor is recruiting a Senior Planner to work on a major civil engineering scheme in Hampshire.
Working closely with the project manager, you will required to support other planners on site and assist with the forecasting of the project both with personnel and materials on a section of the project, as well as producing project reports and working onP6 software.
Senior Planner duties include:
- Produced tutorial sheets for earned Value Analysis and give introductory talks to SQ department on use and implementation.
- Updating and reviewing live works programs and checking actual progress against reported progress to ensure accuracy.
- Attending weekly collaborative programme review meetings
- Working on live project programmes in MSP and P6 formats
- Liaising with QS's to ensure any claims were picked up and documented.
The company are an established tier one contractor working across the UK in areas of buildings, highways, rail as well as waste and energy.
