**If so, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our Commercial team at Animal Friends as a Business Growth Specialist.**

**Package**:Up to £40k DOE,** **with excellent benefits including 25 holiday days (plus your birthday off), Paid day off for charity work, Group life assurance, a health care cash plan, and pet insurance discount.

We are flexible on the location of this role, it can be based remotely within the UK, hybrid or based within our Amesbury office.

**What we look for in you**
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end B2B sales cycles with a proven background in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to influence and negotiate across all levels.
- Confident presentation skills for varied audiences on diverse topics.
- Accomplished at negotiating and relationship building with a customer-centric approach.

**What you'll get up to as a Business Growth Specialist**
- Achieve business growth targets by proactively identifying and creating new business opportunities across diverse industries.
- Supporting new partners with learning and development throughout the onboarding journey.
- Develop cohesive business plans in collaboration with management, maintaining accurate records of engagements through prospecting calls and arranging face-to-face meetings as needed.
- Managing stakeholders across many all levels of business within Animal Friends.
- Some travel may be required to attend networking opportunities, including conferences and industry events, to foster relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
