**Job Purpose**:
- The post-holder will work with the Co-investigator to deliver the research outcomes related to a large Wellcome Trust project in collaboration with Queen’s University and international partners.- The position involves a research project investigating school eyecare and learning, and the research associate will be involved in the management and analysis of datasets and writing up research findings leading to high-quality scientific publications. The post-holder will also be involved in the development of study protocol for the next related project with the wider Research team and may have opportunity for travel for study implementation, and will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall research performance of the Centre for Optometry and Vision Sciences (COVS).-
