Night Packer

**We have a Position for warehouse packing roles based in Lupset, Wakefield. This is working 10pm-6am. Straight night shifts. 1 hour break is paid**

This role is working within the packaging industry for a company who continues to grow. The work on offer all depends on yourself, but is mainly contract, temporary but can also lead to permanent

Main Duties
- Fast pace packing of lightweight material used in the food industry.
- Working on a production line in a team to meet targets.
- Loading light weight material into a machine.
- Boxing up of finished product.
- Ensuring company standards are met.

**Duties**:

- Prepare items for shipment by assembling, packing, and labelling them appropriately
- Verify and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Organize and maintain inventory of packing materials
- Operate packaging machinery effectively and safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and accuracy in packing items
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.57-£11.62 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
