We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities. We are currently seeking a Tyre Fitter to work on a full time, permanent basis for our growing team in **Stafford Tyres**.

We offer all our employees the opportunity to gain an **IMI qualification** in the following fields, Fast Fit Technician **[IMI Level 2]**, Service Technician **[IMI Level 3]**, Master Technician **[IMI Level 4]**,MOT Technician, First Aid, AirCon **[F Gas]**.

**As a Tyre Fitter you will**:

- Be competent in carrying out tyre fitting and tyre repairs on a variety of cars and light vehicles
- Maintain the highest quality of workmanship
- Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Accurate tyre inspections, repairs and fitting to all makes of vehicles
- Perform repairs when required providing quality workmanship at all times, seeking advice and guidance when necessary
- Carry out and record inspections using an electronic Tablet
- Remove and refit components and carry out related adjustments
- Ensure Wheel Security and Quality is to the highest standard, using an online technical library

**Skills, experience, and qualities required**:

- Experience and background as a competent Tyre Fitter either through experience gained through continued employment or an vocational training
- Excellent customer service
- UK Driving Licence
- Able to produce high quality work within specified time frames
- Able to work independently or as part of a busy team in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proactive approach and able to work on own initiative
- Teamplayer
- Friendly and approachable manner
