My client are a Global Financial Services company experiencing incredible growth. Based in the City of Londonthe role offers Study support, full Hybrid working model, yearly bonus & strong benefits. Please find an overview of the role below:

- Assist with the preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Corporation tax payments
- Assisting with tax accounting and reporting for entity and consolidated financial statements.
- Assisting on other tax and finance projects
- Where possible improving the tax compliance processes, controls and systems.
- Ad Hoc tax or accounting tasks including co-ordination and collection of information to prepare internal reports.
- Support the Indirect Tax Manager with other areas of taxation as required.
- To comply with relevant procedures and policies.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

- Ideally 1-2 years experience in a Finance role ideally in Financial Services or Accountancy firm
- Strong Excel ability including producing Pivot tables & V lookups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter, seeks continuous improvement
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise
- University degree in Finance, Business or Accounting would be an advantage
