**HR/PAYROLL & PREMISES MANAGER REQUIRED**
**_(QUALIFIED or must have EXPERIENCE) _**
**PART TIME (15hrs Per Week)**
**Tuesday to Thursday 10AM to 3PM**
**Salary Range: £24k-£28k pro rata (dependent on experience & ability)**
**Based in Flamstead (St Albans)**
We are a thriving, energetic Training Provider with over 33 years’ experience of delivering high quality support & results in the world of Employment Training, Qualifications and Adult Guidance. We are looking to recruit a new Part-Time HR/Payroll & PremisesManager with an excellent personality, good organizational skills & sound IT knowledge to support the Company Directors & Management Team. You will be based at our small Head Office in Flamstead (St Albans) and there will be occasions when you need to travelto sites, pre-arranged. Previous experience within HR/Payroll & Site Management is a must, however the right person with the right attitude & ability is more important
**Company Operating Hours & Locations Currently**:
- **Monday to Thursday = 8.30AM to 8.00PM**:
- **Friday = 8.30AM to 5.00PM**:
- **Wembley, Greenwich & St Albans (HO)**
The ideal applicant must be practical, well organized, honest & loyal along with understanding the following;
Teamwork/Flexibility/Accomplishment/Targets and Solid Organizational Admin Skills with Excellent Customer Service and most importantly, be a nice person
The successful applicant will be expected to work alongside the Directors, Senior Management Team, Managers & Staff and have experience in the world of HR, Payroll and ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels
