Job Title: PA/Administrator
Location: Birmingham, UK

**Salary**: £21,800 per annum
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized PA/Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the staff and students of a leading university. As a PA/Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing calendars, booking appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to senior members of staff and other academic staff as required- Manage calendars, book appointments, and make travel arrangements- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required- Maintain accurate records of meetings, minutes, and action points- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors- Assist with the organization and coordination of events and meetings- Manage the office supplies, equipment, and inventory- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar PA/Administrator role- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Ability to multitask and work under pressure- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion- A proactive and flexible approach to workEducation and Qualifications:

- Educated to A level standard with a minimum of GCSE Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent- Relevant administrative experience is required- Proven ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders courteously, diplomatically and confidentially- Ability to work effectively and cohesively as part of a team and independently as required- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills including:

- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced team- Energy, enthusiasm and resilience.This is a full-time position working 9:00am-17:00pm Monday - Friday and is completely office based.
