Job introduction

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Showroom Host/Maitre d' to join the team at our Audi dealership in Solihull. Within this position you will be the first port of call for many of our customers and as such it is imperative that you are charismatic, polite, approachable and most importantly self-motivated to create a brilliant first impression of our business.

You will also need to collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs, to back this up, excellent organisational and preparation skills are required coupled with a genuine passion for detail.

The hours of work are between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Basic salary is £26,000 plus benefits.

Role and Responsibilities

Work closely with the dealership team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience from start to finish

Focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times

Meeting and engaging visitors to the dealership before introducing customers to the relevant staff

Supporting the departments with customer events and promotions

Some ad hoc/administrative duties

About you

Have a natural flair and passion for customer service.

You will take pride of working in a customer facing role, ideally with a proven record of providing an excellent customer journey in previous roles.

Be confident to meet new people on a daily basis and building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.

A confident and customer-orientated approach to their role.
