ZONE are a Blinds and Curtains company based in Glasgow & Wishaw. We manufacture most of our own products such as Window Blinds, Curtains, Pelmets and other Soft Furnishings.

We are seeking individuals who strive for excellence, that can excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Curtain Maker you will manufacture our vast range of products to a very high standard. The ideal person would have previous workroom experience making high quality curtains and soft furnishings (handmade interlined curtains, roman blinds, cushions).

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

The job would involve all aspects of soft furnishings, making curtains, pelmets, blinds, cushions, and voiles. You would be working with our team in the making of bespoke curtains, blinds and other soft furnishings. A suitable applicant must be experienced and able to work un-supervised doing both hand sewing and working with the industrial sewing machine.

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual.
- You must keep your workstations clean and tidy.
- Demonstrate health and safety awareness
- Ability to accurately measure using a steel tape.
- Good spoken English
- Ability to solve problems or issues on the job.

**Information**
- You will work 40hrs a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm.
- However Our premises are open 7 Days so flexitime could apply, meaning you could work any of the 7 days per week.
- Company Pension
- 28 Days holidays.
