**Job Title: Sales Administrator**

**Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 DOE**

**Location: Hybrid**

**THE ROLE**:
Trooli, a leading provider of Fibre Broadband is look for a highly organised, pro-active Sales Administrator to join our growing sales department. As a Sales Administrator, you will contribute to providing exceptional service to our customers whilst supporting our sales team in achieving our goals.

**THE DAY JOB**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales orders, processing contracts and ensuring accurate and timely completion of sales documentation
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, responding promptly & professionally to their enquiries, addressing concerns and providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain and update customer information, sales leads and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Generate Sales reports, analyse sales data and assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance metrics to support decision making processes
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and installation to ensure smooth order processing, timely activation and customer satisfaction
- Organise and schedule sales meetings, prepare meeting agendas & maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals as needed
- Coordinate and assist in arranging sales training sessions or workshops, including logistics, material preparation and participant communication
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the sales administration workflow and overall customer experience

**WE'D LIKE TO SPEAK TO YOU IF...**
- You have previous experience as a sales administrator, sales support coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- You hold excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- You have strong attention to detail, accuracy and data entry skills
- You are proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast paced, team oriented environment
- You hold strong problem solving and decision making abilities to address customer enquiries and resolve issues
