Relief Cinema Cleaner

The Picture House is looking for an experienced relief cleaner to work 2 days per week - Sunday and Monday evenings (starting at approximately 11pm, after the evening films finish).

The job involves picking up any leftover rubbish in the venue, vacuuming all three auditoriums, the foyer and the hallways, cleaning and mopping 4 toilets, emptying all bins and any other duties as discussed at the time.

The level of the work, and therefore the time entailed, will vary from week to week, dependent on the business of the venue but we estimate it will be between 1 hour and 2.5 hours per night (providing there are 2 people working)

Applicants must be trustworthy and be able to provide suitable references. Attention to detail and pride in presenting a job well done is essential. All cleaning materials will be supplied, and training will be provided. A DBS check may be requested.

You will be placed with another cleaner for each shift, so the ability to forge good working relationships with others will be invaluable.

Pay is hourly, dependent on the work required each week. You will punch in and out of each shift and be paid accordingly.
