We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors with a change of scenery everyday. You must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team.
We carry-out various cleaning & mainetance works from Window Cleaning, Gutter Clearance, Solar Panel Cleaning Pressure Washing, Roof Moss Removal, Soft washing, Roof Repair, Brick Re-pointing, Chimmney Repair and other building maintenance a We are really looking for someone who is wants to work outdoors in all weathers working in our major works teams on as variety of projects.
Experiance
This position requires experience of re-pointing brickwork to a high standard. You should be able to rake-out and repoint different types of pointing. Pay for this work is all performance based and is very competitive. All work must be up-to high standards and re-work is not paid for. While these skills are necessary this is not a brick laying position the extent of this work will include replacing damaged bricks and working on repairing chimneys. But we do not offer any new building work, we cater for the repair side of brickwork. You may also be required to carry out roof cleaning and roof repairs to include replacing tiles bedding in ridge tiles and re-pointing verges.
The pay range shown is based around what you can earn per day. We do have other types of work we undertake during times of inclement weather but you should understand that working hours may need to adapt to factor in working around bad weather.
Positions available for 40 hours per week, normal start times are between 7:30am and 8 am and finishing between 3:30pm
- 4pm week days. Occasionally we may start and finish outside of these times but that is the exception not the norm.
