We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for;
**Planning & organizing**
- Work with his area coach to develop restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans and communicate to the team.
- Sets with the area manager the monthly Restaurant Business Plan for his/her restaurant.
- Manage day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies.
**Sales**
- Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Develop the local store marketing plan in coordination with the area manager.
- Coordinate with home delivery management team to accomplish the set objectives.
- Develop a network of effective public relations with the society (governmental Organizations, Participation in the social special events etc. to maximize the sales & to create the brand awareness in the market.
- Ensure proper sales forecasting.
**Financial Excellence**
- Analyze the operations/ P&L "Profit & Loss” for his/her restaurant to determine deviations from standards and take corrective measures.
- Ensure proper stock level is maintained.
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllable on a continual basis for his/her restaurant and take specific corrective action to the targets.
**Restaurant Excellence**
- Follow Americana customer service, operation and health and safety standards for his/her restaurant to achieve awesome customer experience.
- Monitors the effectiveness of restaurant operations through KPIs and taking the corrective actions
- Oversees prompt and appropriate resolution of all complaints (health inspections, labor office inspections, etc.) for his restaurant and inform the Area Coach of serious matters and other issues that may result in legal action.
**Team Excellence**
- Conduct monthly certifications for all TMs in his restaurant as per plan.
- Ensures quality performance appraisals, IDP “Individual Development Plan” PIP “Performance Improvement Plan”, and bench planning in his restaurant
**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
