**SHIFT**
- 3 on 3 off Days 06:00-18:00

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The Voice Controllers job purpose is to control and monitor all Picks, both voice and paper, to ensure the completion of all daily functions are completed safely and accurately. To follow all company working procedures and ensure all staff, are complying too company working practices, reporting any discrepancies to your line manager.
- To direct, monitor and control all the orders, ensuring all staff are completing the picks in a timely manner and reporting any problems direct to the other supervisors or manager.
- Manage the live clerical functions required by the operation including Managers in their absence - Pick Rates, Voice Pick Control, Daily Departure sheet, Daily handover, and Safety Observation recording
- Identify training needs within the team.
- To ensure all staff are meeting their targets and completing the job correctly updating the individuals who underperform and reporting to the Manager ensuring the staff are monitored on their progress.
- To be involved in the errors and accuracy of the pick operation, aiding in the completion of the initial investigations, and informing the Team Leaders of any concerns.
- To identify any issues and recommend any fixes that could be put in place.
- To ensure the customer KPI's are being met and ensuring all orders are being picked in time for their dispatch times.
- To work closely with the Team Leaders to ensure we have no delays or discrepancies.
- To ensure pickers are working and monitoring of their pick rates.
- To ensure the pickers in your control are following company procedures.
- To oversee all Clerical Functions for the pick operation, ensuring tasks are carried out correctly and deadlines are met.
