**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our fun, hardworking and forward-thinking team in our ever-expanding Garden Centre, just north of Oxford.

Yarnton Home & Garden is a centre undergoing a huge transformation and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help take our centre to the next level.
- Managing the efficient running of Goods In and Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control.
- Overseeing the daily performance of warehouse staff in their daily duties.
- Checking deliveries for any noticeable transit damage and ensure any damage is noted on delivery paperwork prior to signing.
- To ensure stock received is verified in correlation with supplier documentation and the purchase order to ensure accuracy of goods and paperwork.
- Maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring all H&S concerns are raised and corrective measures implemented.
- To train and motivate staff and implement any improvements necessary in the goods in process whilst ensuring goods are received and processed accurately within a set time frame.
- Keeping the Goods in Dept clean, tidy and hazard free. Ensuring fire exits are always kept clear.
- Be prepared to assist with other departments as and when required.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Full Clean British driving license. - Essential
- Team Leading or Supervision experience.
- Time management ability.
- Verbal and written communication skills to a high standard.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive can do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Forklift Certificate (Telescopic) - Desired
- Workplace First Aid Qualification. - Desired
- Have competent knowledge of statutory H&S and manual handling guidance. - Desired
