**Are you an exceptional individual with a desire to support young people with emotional and behavioural issues?**
- Have a track record of success preferably in a secondary school environment
- Be a committed team player
- Be able to inspire young people and colleagues
- Be flexible, collaborative and resilient
- Be able to work independently
- Ideally have experience of working in a secondary school environment with challenging students
- Have excellent ICT and administrative skills
- Have an excellent attendance record

As Assistant Base Lead, you will be planning, organising and leading some activities with our pupils. You will be working alongside teaching professionals and managing a team of Teaching Assistants. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth running of our School and as such, it would suit someone with extensive experience.
