now we’re looking for a talented Creative Artworker to join our creative team. Someone with the ability to roll-out both existing brands and campaigns across a range of media and channels with creative flair.

McCann Leeds is the newest addition to McCann Central, the UK’s largest integrated

agency. Over 500 individuals working together to help brands play a meaningful role in

people’s lives.

**What are we looking for from you?**
- Excellent all-round artwork skills.
- An eye for both the detail and a creative opportunity.
- You’re an inquisitive individual who shows interest in the work we’re producing and questions how we could do things better.
- A desire to keep learning and growing in your career.
- You'll enjoy variety - no two days are the same here.
- You'll thrive in being part of a growing multi-disciplined creative studio.
- Whilst not a digital expert, you’ll have knowledge of cross platform UX and UI design and best practices (desktop/mobile/tablet)
- Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) is your happy place.
- Experience with After Effects and Cinema 4D would be brilliant, but by no means essential.
- You’ll enjoy being empowered to push creative boundaries when and where
- Possible, and be able to justify and back-up your creative decisions when presenting back work internally.

**Key skills you’ll ideally bring to the studio.**
- Preparing work from concept to final artwork, to a high standard of accuracy and
within deadline
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout your work, adhering to Brand Guidelines at all times
- Being a Brand guardian for the brands you work on
- Always helping to improve the efficiency of the department and following Studio process
- Retouching and image manipulation
- Extremely strong typography skills
- A desire to always make the work better
- Experience working in a busy creative studio environment

- Photoshop
- Illustrator
