2. Client Communication: Assist in maintaining effective communication with our clients. This involves scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and relaying messages accurately. You will ensure that client information is properly recorded and readily accessible.
- 3. Data Entry and Filing: Play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by entering financial and client-related data into our systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for organising and maintaining electronic filing systems, making information processing and retrieval easy and efficient.
- 4. Document Preparation: Support the preparation and formatting of various documents ensuring they are accurate, well-presented, and conform to our established guidelines.
- 5. Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of client information, invoices, and financial transactions. Collaborate with the accountancy team to reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and proactively resolve any issues.
- 6. Team Support: Actively collaborate with other team members to provide administrative assistance and support as needed. Your contribution to a positive and efficient work environment, participation in team meetings, and sharing of ideas for process improvement will be highly valued.

There are different rates of pay for apprentices depending on your age and what year of your apprenticeship you’re in.

Aged 16 to 18

The current National Minimum Wage rate for an apprentice is £5.28 per hour.

Aged 19 or over and in your first year

The current National Minimum Wage rate for an apprentice is £5.28 per hour.

Aged 19 or over and have completed your first year

You’re entitled to the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage rate for your age.
