Vacancy: CCTV Operative
- Type: Full Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Comply with the Data Protection Act.
- To maintain the appropriate and optimum usage of CCTV system.
- To be able to monitor and operate the CCTV system, ensuring fully functioning recording, when licensed so to do.
- To monitor and assist where possible the security staff in detention of any person found coming an arrestable offence.
- Undertake fire system testing as planned under the routine maintenance systems.
- Comply with the data protection act and ensure that the only authorized persons are permitted in control, and all sensitive information remains controlled.
- Answer lifts and fire disabled refugee points intercoms and assist customers.
- Always be courteous towards clients, tenants, customers, and other employees.
- Assist on the malls when working on a night shift, conduction health and safety checks around the building and locking/unlocking the Centre.
- Log all incidents and telephone calls in the DOB.
- Answer all telephone calls that come through to Control from the reception.

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience of working within the Security Industry is an advantage.
- CCTV license & DS/SG license is essential.
- Ability work independently and to your own initiative.
- A professional demeanor with sound judgement and integrity.
- Computer literacy is helpful.

**NOTE**

The job description may be varied from time to time by the Company to reflect changes in the post holder’s role and/or the needs of the business.

Company will pay for license renewals and training after probation is passed.

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off - days and nights

Pay: £10.69ph
