Full-time, permanent, £24,000 per annum

About the Role

The Admissions Advisor plays a pivotal role in our Admissions Team often being the first point of contact at dBs and thus, crucial to our success. The Admissions Advisor is responsible for providing an exceptional applicant experience across all of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, ensuring that prospective students are guided through the admissions process with an emphasis on lead conversion.

You will participate in student recruitment events such as open days, virtual events and applicant days. Working closely with our Marketing Team, you will ensure that the dBs brand is accurately represented to applicants across all of our channels

The Admissions Advisor role is extensive and varied, demanding a broad range of skills.

About You

You will have considerable and relevant administration and sales experience, knowledge of UK Higher Education and/or Further Education admissions processes (i.e. UCAS and Student Finance) and experience in using CRM systems (preferably Hubspot). You will have excellent presentation and verbal skills, that will enable you to communicate confidently and foster positive relationships with colleagues both within and outside of your own team.

You will be self-sufficient and capable of target setting and monitoring with the ability to re-prioritise your workload in a fast-moving environment; and be committed to providing an excellent customer service experience for both internal and external customers. Knowledge and awareness of Data Protection, Safeguarding, and Equality legislation are essential, as is sensitivity to maintaining confidentiality, where appropriate.

You will hold a minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C in English and Maths.

Knowledge of Music Technology, Music Production or Games Design, including key terminology, software and equipment, is desirable.
