Do you have a passion for agriculture? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Learning practitioner in Agriculture to join our ambitious team at Northumberland College. We are looking for someone with current industry experience who is eager to impart their knowledge and ignite enthusiasm for sustainable faming, innovative techniques and the vital role agriculture plays in our world. Joins us as an Agriculture Learning Practitioner and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of agricultural workers and leaders.

**About the role**

The role is based at Northumberland Colleges’ Land-based campus sited at Kirkley Hall, Ponteland. At Northumberland college we are committed to cultivating a generation of forward-thinking individuals who understand the complexities of modern agriculture and are equipped to drive positive change in our communities. As an agriculture Learning practitioner you will have the benefit of utilising our working livestock farm and the extensive woods and natural environments of the Kirkley Estate. You will be at the forefront of agricultural education, inspiring students to understand precision farming technologies and to think critically and innovatively about the food systems that sustain us all.
