**Enhance Social Care support people with autism where they live, work, learn and play.**

Join our outreach team as a peer and mentor and help others build confidence through activities from home and in the community. Applications are encouraged from people who know Cheshire and can identify fun things to do for teens and young men which support there identity development.

- _**For this role? **_We are looking for men as the role is exempt from the equality act._
- _**What do we do? **_We provide inclusive, innovative, and responsive wrap around support for people with autism between 16-25 to increase peoples independence and well being._
- _**How do we do this in Cheshire? **_Our new small team work provide 1:1 support at home, in schools, colleges, and anywhere in the community._
- _**What activities will I do? **_We go to the gym, on hikes, online gaming - whatever helps a person strengthen a positive identity._
- _**What hours will I work? **_Our full time positions are 40 hours per week - we also offer P/T positions. All our contracts are permanent._
- _**When will work them?**_ _We provide support seven day week usually between the hours of 7am to 10pm._
- _**Do I need my own car? **_you will need a valid UK driving license and your own transport. You may be supporting people using their vehicle and so need to be able to drive other peoples mobility car._
- _**Will I work in the community? **_Yes - the great thing about this role is that you will also support people from their own home and across the community._

**FULL OR PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.**

**Enhance Social Care** was established to change the way social care is provided for people with autism. An inclusive model of support in which all people have the right to the same opportunities to live within their community. We provide transition services for young people between 16-30 via a specialist supported tenancy and across the community in peoples own home. This role is working with young men who are seeking additional support with mental health and identity living with their family or in their own home.

You will be supported by some of the best managers in social care to become your best you. Level 3 Diploma in Social Care, Autism or PBS training available. We will support you and offer access to superb training and future opportunities.

**Salary**: £24,600.00-£26,000.00 per year
