**HLTA - FULL TIME ONLY**

**The Role**:

- As a HLTA you will need to support pupils in a **1:1** capacity within this position.
- Foster the initial growth and development of children as a teaching assistant, ensuring their educational journey begins on a positive note.
- Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities with individual pupils, groups and (in the short term).
- Assist children with additional needs, tailoring your support to create a comfortable and inclusive environment.
- Build a rapport with each child and provide emotional support
- Collaborate with staff members to craft an engaging and stimulating environment for children.
- Support and supervise pupils throughout the school day whilst promoting pupil's independence self-esteem and social inclusion.
- Give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.

**Requirements**:

- ** Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday**:

- Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is required **in the UK.**:

- Must have **Level 1, 2 or 3 childcare qualification.**:

- Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning
- Either live in Shepherd's Bush or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
