Finance Manager

Reed Finance are working with a successful Manufacturing business recruiting for a Finance Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for accelerated career progression. The current Finance Director is planning to retire and is looking for someone to mentor, until they are ready to assume control of the finance function.
- **Salary negotiable circa. £40k + quarterly bonuses**:

The business boasts some massive brands as key clients; a factor in the quadrupling of size of the company in the last couple of years.

This is a broad and varied role in this growing SME, responsibilities will include:

- Producing management accounts
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Responsibility for all transactional finance with support from an Accounts Assistant
- Process improvements
- Systems improvements
- Business partnering/ collaborating with managers
