Christmas Warehouse Supervisor

Three Counties Christmas is a family run business specialising in installing and decorating homes and businesses during the festive period. Our business has grown considerably over the last 7 years and we are looking to expand our team by recruiting an organised, hands-on warehouse supervisor.

The warehouse supervisor’s role will enable our team to use the warehouse efficiently; and, with good communication and management of a small team, have decorations fully prepared for installation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Our Warehouse Supervisor will support the directors with managing, organising and motivating our decorating team to prepare decorations ready for installation. This will include organising staff rotas to ensure optimal resource levels are in place during our working week.

Reporting to and liaising regularly with the Creative Director and ensuring plans are implemented by the decorating team in a timely manner before the installation deadline. Our Warehouse Supervisor will need to communicate with staff effectively, giving instruction and support where needed.

As part of this role, you will be required to maintain high level of professional standards are maintained in the warehouse at all times and keep the warehouse in good order by organising decorations and tools, enabling a smooth operation.

The organising of the warehouse will include tasks such as auditing of stock, positioning of equipment and receiving deliveries.

In order to support our team with their tasks, you may need to help with lifting and carrying heavy boxes, loading and unloading van bays and auditing stock levels.

The working hours will be 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

Having a driving licence and access to your own car is beneficial as the location of our workshop is in rural Worcester (Kempsey).

This position is a temporary position and will run until mid-January (holiday will be taken over Christmas).

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
