We are looking to recruit Senior Carers for days and nights to work with the Care Manager/Night Shift Manager in supervising/supporting the care team in the transition from nursing to residential care home. You will work closely with the floor/Night shift Manager in supervising a team of carers to provide the best possible person centred care to our residents. Hours per week are 44 on an 8 day rolling rota. Qualifications and experience - NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care as well as a recognised qualification in safe handling medications or willingness to work towards. Key Responsibilities - To ensure the smooth running of the floor with a strong focus on providing person centred care. To give direction to allocated staff and ensure that all relevant tasks are carried out to a high standard. Meet all medication management standards where applicable. Manage any concerns/complaints from relatives, residents and other professionals. Carrying out supervisions and annual appraisals as allocated by your line manager. To liase with all external professionals.

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
