**Purpose**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To develop and maintain established, certified management systems and all this involves
- To identify, consider and manage risk associated with business activities
- To ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations
- To engage with and lead our customers in ensuring compliance is maintained
- To support the Compliance Team in the integration of ISO management systems
- To work with the wider business to identify, manage and deliver CI projects
- To lead on external audit be this client, regulatory or certification
- To develop a working knowledge of the other ISO management systems under scope of TVS and to support the business as it grows into new and emerging sectors

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- To have experience in building or running ISO or integrated management systems certified to the ISO framework
- Must be able to lead and successfully deliver continuous improvement projects
- Must be able to communicate well at all levels up to and including board level
- Must be happy with occasional travel and hold a full UK driving licence
- Internal or Lead auditor qualification
- Experience in working with the UK data protection act is an advantage
- Degree or experience in an appropriate discipline
