Graduate Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and talented Graduate to join our team.

Sunfish is a rapidly growing business and offers further development opportunities in a number of areas including operations, change management, marketing and sales.

Sunfish is a specialist fire safety and electronic security company based in Melbourne, Derbyshire. The Company is third party accredited and has an established & rapidly growing client base including the NHS, police authorities, universities, local government, housing associations and major commercial organisations.

The role will have responsibilities including:

- Scheduling installation works, planned maintenance and responsive repair service visits
- Customer call handling, dealing with orders and enquiries
- Co-ordinating Field Service Engineer activity
- Sales order processing, order shipping and invoicing
- Purchasing of parts
- Other duties as required

The person:

- Strong communicator, both verbally and written
- Able to balance several different tasks and as such should be able to manage time and priorities
- Has strong problem solving skills and is able to work under pressure
- Displays a 'can do' attitude and has a flexible approach in a dynamic environment
- Enjoys dealing with people, creating and maintaining relationships and has a confident and pleasant telephone manner
- Possesses proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
