Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their sector are looking for an **Maintenance Fitter** to work in their leading facility in **Mold.**

**For the successful Maintenance Fitter our client is offering**

i. £17.44 per hour, £39,345 per annum, plus £30 per shift ( £120 per week ) when working on night.

ii. Excellent overtime rate
- overtime in the week £23.20 per hour
- overtime on Saturday £26,16 per hour
- overtime on Sunday £34,88 per hour

iii. Excellent holiday package, increasing with service years

iv. Enrolment onto the Company Pension Scheme

v. Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 19:00 or Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 17:30, and Friday 07:00 - 13:00

vi. There may be a need for nights once fully familiar with the machinery this would be Monday to Thursday 19:00 - 07:00

vii. Permanent role

**The role - Maintenance Fitter**:
ii. To carry out proactive and reactive maintenance and repairs to the plant machinery.

iii. Support the manufacturing process by responding effectively to equipment breakdowns, carrying out scheduled maintenance work and being proactive on correction and modification of recurring machine processing faults.

iv. Deliver planned maintenance on time.

v. Drive capital expenditure projects through to completion.

vii. Improvement and maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring that team members are fully aware and comply with Health and Safety Standards, Company, and legal requirements.

**What our client is looking for in the Maintenance Fitter:
**i. Experience within FMCG in a process or packing environment
- **ESSENTIAL**
ii. A flexible and detailed outlook is critical.

iii. You will be an enthusiastic, motivated individual who believes that they can make a difference.

iv. A Full UK Driving License

v. A strong communicator, working closely with engineering and production teams.
