**Role Overview**:As a Student Support Administrator, you will be at the forefront of our student support team, providing essential administrative assistance to the college management team and acting as a friendly and approachable liaison for all students. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a smooth and efficient administrative support service, enhancing the overall student experience at Oxbridge.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Efficient Administration**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the college management team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks related to student support.
- **Student Interaction**: Act as the first point of contact for students, offering friendly and helpful assistance, and addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- **CRM Systems and Finance**: Utilize your expertise in CRM systems and finance to manage student records, payments, and related administrative processes.
- **Effective Communication**: Be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, maintaining clear and positive communication with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- **Knowledgeable Resource**: Leverage your knowledge of the UK education system to provide informed guidance and support to students as they navigate their academic journeys.

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, finance software, and learning portals, ensuring efficient management of student data and related tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of the UK education system is a distinct advantage, enhancing your ability to provide tailored support to our diverse student body.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
