Digital Specialist

**Salary**: £37,979 - £54,256 per annum

The **Digital Specialist** will plan, organise and control the company's Digital Services business and product development, from conceptual stages through product life cycles, to optimise profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.
- Drive their digital solution sales in the respective market area
- Proactively work with local Key Account Manager / Sales Managers as well as Business Development Manager in the Digital Services team to engage with new and existing customers and channel partners
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers
- Work together with the Digital Services within Services Division team, create the customer value propositions, capture and share customer needs and requirements for new and existing solutions
- Develop and manage training initiatives internally and to externally
- Support customers and internal stakeholders on the relevant activities; solution training or back-office processes
- High level of technical understanding and ability to provide technical support related to the Digital Services to customers
- Promotion and live demonstrations at trade shows / conventions / expos to help build interest and customer base for digital products

To be successful in this role of **Digital Specialist** we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- +5 years of solution pre-sales and / or sales experience
- Experience in working closely with partners and customers with a focus on adding value to their business by providing solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Relationship management, build and maintain relationships with a can-do attitude
- Experience in digital solutions: fleet management, telematics, IoT or data analytics
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to connect with end-user customers at different levels in their organizations
- Ability to investigate customer needs and connect that to our solution is crucial
- Ability to develop and grow long-term relationships with customers
