**Grants Administrator**

We are seeking a Grants Administrator to work with the Head of Grants and the Grants team to support the delivery of the grants programmes.

You will be working for a charity that represents 100% of the NHS charity sector in the UK as members. Helping the NHS tackle today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.

**Position**: Grants Administrator

**Location**: Hybrid working, with the ability to attend meetings in Warwick.

**Salary**: £24,123 - £27,741

**Hours**: Full-time - 35 hours per week

**Contract**: Permanent

**Benefits**: 10% pension contributions, 25 days annual leave plus 3 to be taken over Christmas

**The Role**:
As Grants Administrator, you will provide clerical support to the Grants team and the associated review panels. You will act as secretary to the Grants Sub-Committee and Stage 3 review panel preparing agendas (in conjunction with the Chair and Head of Grants or Grants Manager) and preparing the minutes of the meetings.

**Your key objectives will include**:

- Maintaining accurate grant logs
- Support the grant-making cycle
- Produce, review, and maintain key grant documents and review them quarterly
- Maintaining accurate filing systems across all grant programmes

**About you**:
You will also need the following knowledge, skills and experience for this role:

- 5 x GCSEs at Level C or above (Including English & Maths)
- Sound knowledge and demonstrable experience of MS office particularly Excel
- Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or similar
- Knowledge of grant making and/or grant administration
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent secretarial skills and minute writing capability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record for collaborative working and building sustainable relationships at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assimilate information clearly
