**Job Purpose**

Reporting to the CEO, deliver the Associations’ bookkeeping requirements; financial administration processes, financial records and financial reporting, including book-keeping to Trial Balance.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- To provide all book-keeping services to Trial Balance, using SAGE 50 software, including, but not limited to invoice processing, payment processing, expenses processing, petty cash and bank reconciliations, creditor and debtor management
- To provide input and support the preparation of bi-monthly Management Accounts
- To assist the CEO in the preparation of annual budgets/annual cash flow forecast
- To prepare regular updates of the Centre’s financial position for presentation to the CEO
- To assist the CEO in providing income and expenditure reports to Association staff with budget responsibility on a monthly basis
- To operate the organisations online banking systems
- To support wider Association work and development
- Operate within the guidelines of their organisation’s policies and procedures
- To complete tasks as directed by the CEO and carry out any other tasks which may be reasonably regarded as falling within the work requirements of the role

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
