**Organization Description**

Global Finance & Business Management works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk. By providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.

**Functional Responsibilities
- Work with product partners to evaluate allocation rules, maintain proper allocation hygiene with no rule breaks or mis-allocations
- Produce monthly reporting decks (e.g. Relationship reviews, Steer Co. decks, Business reviews and dashboards) for the senior management on regular / ad hoc basis containing both financial and operational details).
- Present business story during budget cycle for broader management reviews.
- Identify and understand costing models and how it impacts rules
- Review all incoming indirect expense being charged to business globally.
- Ensure all incoming charges are in line with business agreement, monthly reporting and conducting deep dives
- Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial and Headcount analysis including annual budget, quarterly/monthly forecast variances
- Conduct \"deep dive\" analyses on key issues impacting client to determine root cause and propose solutions
- Collaborate with business partners across P&A, lines of business and the firm to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders: firm-wide, Functional Finance and lines of business teams

**Qualification
- MBA with relevant and provable years of experience / Graduate with relevant and provable years of related experience
- Sound Knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is must (VBA, Alteryx, Python, Visualization tools like Tableau / Qlik Sense are good to have)
