Do you know how to write copy that cuts through the noise of a person’s inbox?

If so then this organisation will be keen to speak with you regarding the role of CRM Copywriter. The organisation is a recognised leader in their field and they have an empty seat to be filled in a newly set up content team within their Marcomms department. The team's purpose is simple and that’s to create great copy to move their prospects quickly along the customer journey.

And this is where you come in.

**Your Role**
As the CRM Copywriter you already know how to focus on the customer's need and generate curiosity, excitement, and action with your copy, and working to tight deadlines is second nature to you.

While there will be measurements and metrics around what you do you know how to ensure that your copy is effective and strikes the right chord with the organisations global target audience. You know how to leverage and learn from the data, A/B testing and you enjoy making every sentence within your copy count.

This is a new team and central to the plans of the organisation so your work will be a benchmark for them, and collaboration will be very much the order of the day as you help to shape the team and its processes.

- Proven experience developing successful copy that takes people on a customer journey via various comms channels.
- Ability to write targeted content that meets customer motivations in different segments.
- Experience delivering personalised dynamic content.
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
- Experience with CMS and marketing automation platforms
