Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately
- Uphold food safety standards when handling drinks and snacks
- Utilise basic maths skills to calculate bills and process payments promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Upsell additional items to increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and an understanding of kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
