Head of Transformation

To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable significant senior previous experience in leading and delivering large and complex change programmes and projects utilising the full suite of change methodologies and tools alongside working across traditional boundaries and through matrix working across services/teams/organisations. The ability to quickly develop trusted working relationships with colleagues, system partners and local community stakeholders acting with integrity, transparency and a strong visible leadership presence will also be critical. Knowledge of the Oxfordshire health and care system would be advantageous but not essential. The post holder will deputise for the Transformation Director as required.

Applications are welcome from internal and external applicants on either a secondment or fixed term contract basis. The working hours are full time (37.5 hours per week). Working pattern has some degree of flexibility/ hybrid working. The role will be based at a community services/Trust site such as Littlemore HQ, Blackbird Leys Centre or Abingdon Community Hospital with an expectation of regular in person presence at sites (2 / 3 days a week) or other partner/ community sites aligned to the areas of focus for this role.
